Laurie is an absolutely phenomenal agent. Her industry expertise, responsiveness and overall process guidance were top notch during the sale of our West Town condo, and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. She provided us with valuable insights on how to maximize the value of our sale through her guidance on practical home improvements, and she also advised us on the best time to list our home during an incredibly volatile market environment. Her communication was outstanding throughout the process and she was always quick to respond whenever we had questions or concerns. We are moving out of state and Laurie even went above and beyond by finding us an agent to work with in our new area after we expressed frustrations with other agents that we had started working with (although we really wish Laurie could be our agent there, too :) ). Laurie Jacobs is my favorite realtor ever. She has the experience and the skill to help you on both the buying or selling side. If you're looking for a house, she listens to what you need, and then helps locate extremely appropriate properties. She's patient, and willing to take the time to do what it takes to find you the right properties. If you're selling a house, she gives great guidance on every step of the process, puts the time and effort in, and gets it sold. She has great negotiation skills and the experience to deal with the most difficult buyers. I currently live in the house she helped me find, and she got my old house sold quickly and for a great price. I would highly recommend her.
Carol was such a great help in finding my first home. She made the process very easy, smooth and always made sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision.
